Human Edge Advisory Services Private Limited ("Human Edge", "we", "us", "our") operates Evolve by Humanedge and this website. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data lawfully, fairly, and transparently, in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable Indian law. This Policy explains what we collect, why, how we use and share it, and the rights you have.
By using this website or giving us your personal data, you agree to this Policy.

For the DPDP Act, we are the Data Fiduciary that decides the purpose and means of processing your personal data.
2. What we collect
You give us directly: name, email, phone, shipping and billing address; order and transaction details; messages you send us; marketing-subscription preference; and the suitability acknowledgement you give at checkout (we record that you confirmed it, with a timestamp).
Collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time on page, referring URLs — via cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy), and via Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Clarity.
Payments: processed by our third-party payment gateway. We do not store full card or bank details on our servers.
We do not seek health data. The suitability acknowledgement only records that you confirmed you are not in an excluded category; it does not ask you to disclose any condition. Please do not send us detailed medical information.
3. Why we use it, and our legal basis
We process your data on the basis of your consent and, where permitted, for legitimate uses such as fulfilling a transaction you requested. We use it to: process and fulfil orders, arrange delivery, and handle returns/refunds; communicate about your order; provide support; send marketing emails only if you opted in; operate, secure, and improve the site; meet legal, tax, and regulatory duties; and prevent fraud and misuse.
4. Marketing
We email marketing only to people who opt in. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link, and you can withdraw consent anytime at evolve@humanedge.co. Withdrawing does not affect order-related service emails.
5. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with: service providers acting on our instructions (payment gateway, logistics/fulfilment, email, analytics, hosting/IT); our manufacturers, only as needed to fulfil or investigate an order or quality issue; authorities where required by law; and a successor entity in a reorganisation, subject to this Policy. Some providers may process data on servers outside India; where so, we act consistently with the DPDP Act and transfer only to jurisdictions not restricted by the Central Government.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements. Order records are retained for the period required under applicable law. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, subject to legal retention.
7. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures (access controls, secure hosting, encryption in transit where applicable). No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India of a breach where required.
8. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. You can control non-essential cookies through our cookie banner and your browser settings.
9. Your rights
Subject to the DPDP Act, you may: access a summary of your data and how we process it; have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected or completed; request erasure where data is no longer needed (subject to legal retention); withdraw consent at any time; have grievances addressed; and nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity. To exercise any right, write to evolve@humanedge.co. We may verify your identity first and will respond within the timelines required by law.
10. Children
This website and our products are for adults aged 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and we do not use children's data for tracking or targeted advertising. If you believe a minor gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.
