1. Evolve is a food, not a medicine
Evolve is a packaged food product bundled with health supplements. It is not a medicine, drug, or medical device. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Any reference on this website to published research describes a dietary approach in general; it is not a study of this Kit, is not medical advice, and is not a promise of any particular outcome. Individual experiences vary.
2. Not a substitute for medical advice
Information on this website is for general, educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for advice from a qualified medical professional. 3. Who should not use the Kit
The Kit is a short, calorie-restricted dietary programme and is not suitable for everyone. Do not use it if you:
- are under 18 years of age;
- are pregnant or breastfeeding;
- have a current or past eating disorder, however long ago;
- have Type 1 or insulin-dependent diabetes; or
- are underweight, with a body mass index below 18.5.
4. Consult your doctor first if you
take insulin or any blood-sugar medication; have PCOS, a thyroid, kidney, liver, or blood-pressure condition; take Type 2 diabetes medication affecting insulin or blood glucose; or are recovering from recent surgery, illness, or significant injury. 5. Allergens
The Products contain tree nuts (almonds, cashews) and oats, and may contain traces of other nuts and seeds. Do not consume if you have a relevant allergy. Check the ingredient and allergen information before use.
6. Assumption of risk
By purchasing and using the Kit you acknowledge you have read this Disclaimer and "Is This For You"; you are 18 or over and not in any excluded category; you take responsibility for deciding the Kit is appropriate for you and, where relevant, consulting your physician; you assume the ordinary risks of a short, voluntary, calorie-restricted programme; and you will discontinue use and seek medical advice if you feel unwell. You confirm this through a required acknowledgement at checkout.
