These Terms govern your use of this website and your purchase and use of Evolve by Humanedge products ("Evolve", the "Kit", the "Products"), sold by Human Edge Advisory Services Private Limited ("Human Edge", "we", "us", "our"). By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping & Refund Policy, and Medical Disclaimer, all incorporated by reference. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or buy the Products.

Evolve is a packaged food product (ready-to-eat meals) bundled with health supplements. Foods are manufactured by Snacko Delight Foods Pvt. Ltd. (FSSAI 10021022000946) and supplements by Livo Universal Health Care Pvt. Ltd. (FSSAI 12121801000083), for and marketed by Human Edge.
2. Medical disclaimer (summary — full version in the Medical Disclaimer)
Evolve is a food product, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent any disease. Website information, including references to research, is general and educational, is not medical advice, is not a study of this Kit, and is not a promise of any result. Always consult your physician about your health, a medical condition, or medication before starting any dietary programme.
The Kit is a calorie-restricted dietary programme and is not for everyone. Do not use it if you are under 18; pregnant or breastfeeding; have a current or past eating disorder (however long ago); have Type 1 or insulin-dependent diabetes; or are underweight (BMI below 18.5). Consult your doctor first if you take insulin or blood-sugar medication or have any significant medical condition. Read "Is This For You" before ordering.
3. Assumption of risk and acknowledgement
By purchasing and using the Kit you confirm you have read "Is This For You" and the Medical Disclaimer; you are 18+; you are not in any excluded category; you take responsibility for deciding the Kit is appropriate for you and, where relevant, consulting your physician; you assume the ordinary risks of a short, voluntary, calorie-restricted programme; and you will discontinue and seek medical advice if you feel unwell. You confirm these points via a required checkout acknowledgement, which forms part of these Terms.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. Provide accurate, current, complete order information and keep it updated.
5. Orders, pricing, payment
Prices are in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated. 5-Day Reset Kit: ₹7,999; 3-Day Reset Kit: ₹5,499 (subject to change; changes do not affect confirmed orders). Your order is an offer to buy; a contract forms when we confirm dispatch. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch (unavailability, pricing/description error, suspected fraud or breach) and refund any amount paid. We are not obliged to supply at an obviously incorrect price. Payment is via our third-party gateway; you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
6. Shipping, returns, refunds, cancellations
Governed by our Shipping & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. As consumable food and supplement items, returns are subject to food-safety and tamper-seal conditions set out there. Read it before ordering.
7. Use of the Products
Follow the instructions in and on the Kit (timings, storage, eating window). Check ingredient and allergen information before use — the Products contain tree nuts (almonds, cashews) and oats and may contain traces of other nuts and seeds. The Products are for the purchaser's personal use, not resale. The supplements are health supplements, not for medicinal use, and not a substitute for a varied diet.
8. Intellectual property
All site content — text, graphics, logos, the EVOLVE and Humanedge marks, images, video, design, layout — is owned by or licensed to Human Edge and protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or make derivative works without our prior written permission, except personal, non-commercial viewing.
9. Acceptable use
Do not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorised access, scrape or harvest data, or misuse it in any way that could harm Human Edge or others.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without limiting your non-excludable consumer rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019: we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; our total liability for any order will not exceed the amount you paid for it; and we do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law. Nothing here affects your statutory consumer rights.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Human Edge and its officers, employees, and partners against any claim arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of the Products, or use contrary to the Medical Disclaimer and instructions.
12. Third-party links
The site may link to third-party sites (including research). We do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. Continued use after changes is acceptance.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to any non-excludable consumer rights and consumer-forum jurisdiction, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.

We aim to acknowledge and resolve grievances within the timelines under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 and other applicable law.
16. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in force. These Terms with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping & Refund Policy, and Medical Disclaimer are the entire agreement between you and Human Edge regarding the Products and the site.
